AEGORA is an Australian-facing marketplace that lists European property and connects Australian buyers and renters with owners, landlords and participating professionals. Our role is to publish listings, receive enquiries, and route those enquiries to the appropriate recipient.

• AEGORA does not provide legal, tax or financial advice, foreign exchange services, conveyancing or settlement services.
• AEGORA does not act as your agent, adviser, broker or representative, and does not represent that any transaction can be completed in Australia or in Australian dollars.
• AEGORA does not warrant the accuracy, availability, price, condition, title or legal status of any listing.

Where a transaction requires professional services, those services may be provided by appropriately authorised professionals that you engage directly.

Listings are submitted and published by participating owners and professionals, who are responsible for their accuracy. Some listings on this platform are clearly labelled as sample or demonstration listings. These are illustrative only, are not offered for sale or rent, and must not be relied on as genuine available properties.

Prices are shown as supplied. Where an Australian dollar figure is displayed it is an indicative conversion only and is not a quoted or guaranteed price.

When you send an enquiry you agree that it may be provided to the relevant listing owner or participating professional, or to an authorised AEGORA administrator, according to the platform's access rules and the enquiry pathway you used. Please provide accurate details, and do not submit sensitive information that is not necessary. See our privacy information for details.

Professional accounts are provided for publishing listings and managing enquiries about your own listings. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the content you publish. Every new account receives standard professional access; broader internal access is granted only by an AEGORA administrator. We may suspend or remove an account or a listing that is inaccurate, misleading or misused.

Do not use the platform to submit false or misleading listings or enquiries, to harvest other users' contact details, to attempt to access information you are not authorised to see, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
