Across Europe, total acquisition costs commonly add a meaningful percentage on top of the price. Build a budget before you offer.

  • Legal representation and translation
  • Agency commission where payable by the buyer

Annual local property taxes, building or community charges, insurance, utilities and property management where the home is unoccupied for much of the year.
